Do you deliver flowers on public holidays?

Unfortunately our flower studios are not operating on public holidays. If you would like to place an order for the business day before the public holiday, we would be delighted to deliver the flowers for you.

Where is your flower shop located?

We currently operate Fig & Bloom flower studios in Melbourne and in Sydney

When are you open?

8:00 am – 3:00 pm | Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 12:00 pm | Saturday

When do you deliver?

Delivery will be before 6 pm on the selected delivery date. We deliver many orders across Melbourne each day and unfortunately we cannot promise to deliver at a particular time.

Which suburbs do you deliver flowers to?

We deliver flowers to 150+ suburbs in Melbourne and to 750+ suburbs in Sydney. See our full list of delivery suburbs.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge depends on the location you are sending to. We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to your door, starting at $15.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, this is what we will do. Our flowers are always wet-wrapped so they will last out of water for some time. However, please note flowers will be returned to our store in cases of heavy rain, hot weather or the lack of a safe place to leave the flowers (eg. apartments). Can I order flowers in advance?

Yes, just select your desired delivery date during the checkout process. We’ll keep track of your flower order and will deliver on your selected date.

If I subscribe am I locked into a contract?

No, you are not locked in if you subscribe to Fig & Bloom. You can cancel or pause your subscription any time. Just give us 2 days notice.

What kind of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal. If you require an invoice for tax purposes, we send this automatically with your Fig & Bloom order confirmation email.

Returns and Refunds

Fig & Bloom goes to great lengths to source the very best product for our customers. Our reputation depends on it. However, we are dealing with an organic product and on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do you offer same day flower delivery?

Yes we do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 1PM AEST. There is no extra charge for same day flower deliveries.
